Ramnik Singh, MD

Medical Doctor & Psychiatrist

With her medical journey beginning in Amritsar, India, Dr. Singh has been serving different health care systems from New York to Virginia since 1997. She brings over 20 years of expertise in Psychiatry to WPS, as the practice’s Medical Director since 2005. She specializes in providing comprehensive psychiatric assessments and medication management for WPS and the Intensive Outpatient Program. Dr. Singh enjoys serving her community through the work she does at WPS, and through her volunteer work with her local Red Cross chapter.

Florienda Scott-Cobb, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Group Facilitator​​

Florienda Scott-Cobb holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has over 20 years of experience in the field of Mental Health, Child Welfare and Criminal Justice. Ms. Scott-Cobb has extensive experience providing clinical services to children, adults, couples and families. She has worked in various settings to include Inpatient Psychiatric, Crisis Services, Forensic Services, Clinical Supervision, Board of Social Work Examiners, Outpatient Mental Health and Administration. Ms. Scott-Cobb provides intake assessment services, group facilitations as well as case management services.

Immaculate Mbony, DNP

Doctor of Nursing Practice 

Immaculate Mbony holds a Doctorate in Nursing Practice and brings over 15 years of experience in the field of Nursing. Coming to us from Massachusetts, Ms. Mbony brings extensive clinical experience in psychotherapy, medication management, and substance use disorder (SUD) treatment with her. She is determined and committed to providing excellent patient care, fostering authentic and solid relationships with her clients, and promoting and encouraging outcomes that are evidenced based and within the DSM-5 guidelines. Ms. Mbony is currently a Doctor of Nursing Practice at WPS.

Philip Thompson, LCSW​

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Corporate Operations and Compliance Officer

Philip Thompson, LCSW, holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and has over 30 years of experience in the fields of Mental Health, Child Welfare, Adult Services, Education, Criminal Justice, Executive Leadership, and Program Development/Management. Mr. Thompson has extensive experience providing Executive Leadership, Clinical Supervision, Program Development/Management, Crisis Intervention Services, Establishing Community Partnerships, Board of Social Work Examiners, Forensic Services, Compliance Officer, Consultation and Serving on various Boards. Mr. Thompson has also provided clinical services to children, adolescents, adults, couples and families. He currently serves as the Chief Compliance Officer at Wilmington Psychiatric Services.

Paul Dickerson, LCSW​

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Group Facilitator​

Paul Dickerson holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from Widener University. Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, he brings over 20 years of experience to the SPS team. Having worked with patients of all ages and mental health issues, Mr. Dickerson specializes in patients impacted by trauma. He also has experience with Cognitive Behavior Therapy (CBT) and Dialect Behavior Therapy (DBT). Mr. Dickerson strives to guide his patients with advocacy services in individual and group therapy, focusing on empowerment and strengths perspective, as well as community outreach. He is currently a Group Therapist at WPS.

Nancy Ball, LCSW​​

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Intake Therapist

Nancy Ball holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work from the University of Pennsylvania. Licensed in both Delaware and Pennsylvania, she brings over 20 years of experience to the SPS team as a Mental Health Therapist. Over the course of Ms. Ball’s extensive work history, she has serviced adults, adolescents, and children as a therapist and social worker, providing outpatient services and family and individual group therapy. She specializes in the fields of Depression, Anxiety, and aiding with SSDI applications. Ms. Ball is interested in helping adult men and women meet the challenges of crises in their personal lives; marriage, divorce, and any mental health issues that impede their personal growth. She believes the examination of one’s early life, especially early or later childhood abuse, is a necessity for all human beings. Ms. Ball has been a valuable part of the WPS clinical staff since 2005.

Christopher Kady, LPCMH​

Licensed Professional Counselor of Mental Health & Group Therapist

Christopher Kady has a Bachelor’s Degree in Psychology and a Master’s Degree in Pastoral Counseling. He brings over ten years of experience in the fields of Mental Health and Counseling, with licenses in both Maryland and Delaware. Mr. Kady specializes in treating mood and anxiety disorders, and believes one of the most important aspects of counseling is creating an environment where change is possible. Mr. Kady is currently a Group Therapist at WPS, and has been a part of the team since 2023.

Christopher Stoudemire, LCSW​​

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Group Facilitator

Christopher Stoudemire, holds a Master’s Degree in Social Work and a Master’s in Education. He has over 20 years of experience in the field of Mental Health, Child Welfare, Education and Criminal Justice.  Mr. Stoudemire is an Approved Certified Assessor for the State of Delaware. He has extensive experience providing clinical services to children, adults, couples and families. He has worked in various settings to include Inpatient Psychiatric, Crisis Intervention Services, Forensic Services, Clinical Supervision, Outpatient Mental Health and Administration. Mr. Stoudemire provides intake assessment services, group facilitation as well as case management services at WPS.

Jay Cantor, LCSW

Licensed Clinical Social Worker & Group Therapist

Jay Cantor has a Master’s Degree in Social Work from University of Pennsylvania’s School of Social Work. He brings his wealth of knowledge and experience, gained over more than forty years, to us from his work in professional health care facilities, community centers, and hospitals between Wilmington, DE and Philadelphia, PA. Mr. Cantor has provided his expertise and guidance to all ages over his career, in both individual and group settings, with his most recently work focused on adult and senior patients. Mr. Cantor is currently a Group Therapist at WPS, and has been a part of the team since 2025.
